mood: stressedstressed
music: Fred Astaire & Ginger Rodgers - Pick Yourself Up

I know these are boring but they help me focus.

To do by Sunday night:
- Read chapters 7,8 and 12 of Lodish for molec/cell.
- Force myself to understand chromosome walking
- write my paper for Art and the Mind
- do research for said paper
- read chapters in organic chemistry
- read psychology
- buy and ship mom's stuff from Express.

Also hoping to do this weekend:
- Fred and Ginger movie fest! (meaning rent and watch many fred and ginger movies after losing patience with paper and so on).
- make cake (because I want to!)
- go dancing on Friday Night (most likely will happen since I'm going with a friend and cancelling at the last minute would be rude).
- maintain some semblance of sanity

5 finals and a paper in the next 16 days. EVIL. But then home and rest and happiness.

And I go back to the lab tomorrow and for whatever reason, I am really looking forward to it. I missed it a lot over the past month, I think. One gets used to having certain activities in life and then when said activities are gone one feels a void and whatever. I don't know. I would think I would be adding to my stress level by working in a lab, but somehow, it does just the opposite. Go figure.
