well... I finally found a telnet server where I can log in, but I don't think I have unix notes yet. Although I haven't found anyone who was logged in yet, so one never knows. But. I do need a decent telnet client I think. Raw telnet on windows is evil. No scrolling or anything which can be a bit of a problem.

It has just dawned on me that I'm saying finally and nobody knows why I say finally. Well. I have been attempting to find a server to which I could telnet and log in for a while and now I have found one... silverillusions.com. I forgot I had a shell account there, until I was contemplating it in class today and remembered it. Class was boring. We were watching some movie or other about New Guinea and portrayals of people in movies and it wasn't really that interesting. Or even slightly interesting.

I am going to see Meet the Parents tonight courtesy of the NYU program board. Because it's $2, which is awesome given that normal movie theatres on Manhattan are $9.50. $6.50 if you buy cheap passes at ticket central, but that's a pain to do and they run out far too often.

I must find a newspaper so I can read an article and find something interesting to write a scene for for playwriting tomorrow.

I am auditioning for two plays this week... because I want to be involved with something and it will be fun. Or at least, I like to think so. ;-)
