I sw Follies on Broadway tonight. It was good. Not spectacular, not great, but good. Very good. Plus it had many many names in it that made me feel cool to actually be seeing them live on stage. Betty Garrett who was in On the Town, which is a movie that I completely adore. Marge Champion who was in The Story of Vernon and Irene Castle, which unless you're a die hard fan of old movies like I am, you probably have never heard of. But I forgive you so it's okay. :-P

Then there were the big names -- Judith Ivey and Blythe Danner. After seeing them in this show, I am sure they would make a perfect Ruth and Elvira, respectively, in Blithe Spirit.

All in all a good evening of theatre.

Now if only Chris would get online. I am tempted to call but I don't want to seem clingy so chances are that I won't. Plus he's probably doing something important. *sigh* I am very bad at this. Very bad. And unhappy that chances are that I will not get to talk to him tonight.
