sweat is a good thing I believe

I went downstairs and danced for an hour and a half or so and it was very refreshing. I'm not sure if it was the physical activity that did it or the music or the sweating but it made me feel better. My current theory is that sweat removes certain chemicals from the body and that cleansing can be draining but also makes one feel good.

I really should be more... strict about my dance schedule. I sort of do it when I'm bored and feel like it, and I would actually be much better off if I did it on a regular schedule. I would love to someday have notebooks filled with the dances I've made up. I have several that are started... but then I get stuck on where to go next... and I realize that I want to put things in the dances and the things I want to put in would work require a good floor that could help me with jumps and stuff instead of making my feet hurt when I land them.

I should start taking classes again.

I had the most beautiful time just improvising dance to "I'd Give it All for You" from Songs for a New World. I decided I could invent a beautiful duet to that... if only I knew some guys who could really dance. Hehe. I make a much better choreographer than I do a dancer... my body proportions are just not ideal for dance. Which I guess is okay.

I do feel good, however, because I can still do lots and lots of situps.

I am really pathetic sometimes. I forget now what I was going to say about that. Oh, well. I guess that is life.
